What is Vantozuri?
Vantozuri is a marketplace where creators can upload and sell e-books, video courses, and physical books. Customers can discover and purchase educational content from talented creators.
How do I create an account?
Click on "Get Started" or "Register" in the header. Choose between creating a customer account or a creator account. Follow the registration process to complete your account setup.
Is Vantozuri free to use?
Yes, creating an account is free. Creators can upload products and customers can browse for free. Transaction fees apply when making purchases.
For Customers
How do I purchase a product?
Browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using Flutterwave with various payment methods including cards and bank transfers.
How do I download digital products?
After purchase, digital products (e-books and video courses) are immediately available in your Downloads page. Click the download button to access your files.
What if I have issues with my purchase?
Contact our support team at support@vantozuri.com with your order details. We'll help resolve any issues with your purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Refund policies vary by product type. Digital products are generally non-refundable, but physical books may be eligible for returns. Contact support for specific refund requests.
For Creators
How do I become a creator?
Click "Become a Creator" and complete the registration form. You'll need to provide verification documents, bank details, and agree to our terms. Once approved, you can start uploading products.
What documents do I need?
You'll need a valid ID document (driver's license, national ID, or passport), bank account details, and a profile picture. All documents are securely stored.
How do I upload products?
After approval, go to your Creator Dashboard and click "Add Product". Fill in the product details, upload cover images and files, then publish your product.
When do I get paid?
Creator payouts are processed manually by our admin team. You can track your earnings and pending payouts in your creator dashboard. Payouts are typically processed monthly.
What file formats are supported?
E-books: PDF and EPUB. Video courses: MP4. Images: JPG, PNG. All files are stored securely on Cloudinary.
Shipping & Delivery
How does physical book delivery work?
For Nigeria: You'll select a GIG Logistics pickup station during checkout. For international: You'll select a DHL pickup station. Enter the station address manually.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Typically 3-7 business days for local deliveries and 7-14 days for international orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive tracking information via email after your order ships. You can also check order status in your dashboard.
