4. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for the content they upload. You must ensure that:

• You own or have the right to distribute the content
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• You provide accurate product descriptions and pricing

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Flutterwave. By making a purchase, you agree to Flutterwave's terms of service.

Creator payouts are subject to verification and may take time to process. Vantozuri reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of disputes or violations.

6. Refund Policy

Digital products (e-books, video courses) are generally non-refundable once downloaded. Physical books may be eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Contact support for refund requests.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Vantozuri, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Vantozuri or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vantozuri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

Vantozuri reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
